Cancellation Policy

At Cloud Slides, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we strive to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

 

1. Cancellation Eligibility

1.1. You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

2. Cancellation Process

2.1. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at thecloudslides.store@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

2.2. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

 

3. Refunds

3.1. If your order has been canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 - 5 days.

3.2. If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for information on returning the item.
